Villa Roca is a private place for a romantic getaway or the perfect seaside setting to enjoy the sun and sea with family and friends. Services we provide are organization of transit services, cleaning and fresh change of towels according to agreement, coffee and tea, pool service, parking at the vila, list of restaurants, cafes and recommended trips, 1 paddle board available in villa for free. We provide also special paid services such as breakfasts, bread delivery, wine from the wine list, arrangement of wine tasting, arrangement of bike or motorbike rental, motor boat rental with a captain etc.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is located directly by the sea. The garden leads into a stony beach where there is comfortable access to the sea down steps leading from the dock. The water depth at the access point is about 1.5 m.
