Our Villa is unique for 3 simple reasons... 1st one is PRIVACY... Property is set on 1700m2 giving You a complete privacy as house is on the edge of the forrest with amazing view. 2nd one is DECOR... Chic and modern style brings warmth and feels like real home. 3rd one is LOCATION... Central position in Istria gives You possibility for a journey to a beautifull spots of Istria (Porec, Rovinj, Pula, Labin) all within 25minutes.
I'm Andrea Juretic from Rijeka (Croatia). I have been sailing on board merchant tankers (worldwide) for several Years.
