Here, you’ll find a fully equipped gym, perfect for those who wish to stay active during their stay. Adjacent to the gym is a sauna, ideal for unwinding and rejuvenating. Next to the sauna is another bathroom, making this floor a private wellness retreat within the villa. Outside, a private 30 m² swimming pool awaits, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, where you can lounge under the Mediterranean sun.
