Villa Vinka smještena je u vikend naselju Novo Zvečevo u srcu Parka Prirode Papuk. Smještena je na zapadnom dijelu Požeško – slavonske županije, na brdovitom području, bez signala za mobitel. Kako bi ste zadržali kontakt s drugima i to onda kad samo vi želite Vila je opremljena broadband pristupom internetu i pokrivena WiFi signalom. Vrhunske zimske trenutke doživjet ćete u našem malom wellnessu s jacuzzijem za 6 osoba i finskom saunom za 4 osobe. U dvorištu Vam nudimo zatvorenu vanjsku prostoriju za 8 osoba u rustikalnom slavonskom stilu. U vanjskoj prostoriji se nalazi veliki TV, prostorija s društvenim igrama (biljar, stolni nogomet, stolni tenis, pikado i drugo) i veliki otvoreni kamin sa svom opremom gdje možete sami pripremati hranu (peka, roštilj i dr.) , te WC. U toplijim mjesecima uživajte u bazenu s kupolom, dječjem igralištu i biciklima.
Kapacitet Ville Vila Vinka smiještajnog je kapaciteta do 6 (+2 osoba). U prizemlju se nalaze WC, kuhinja opremljena svim potrebnim kuhinjskim uređajima, blagovaonica, dnevni boravak i naravno wellness soba sa saunom i jacuzzijem. Na katu se nalaze kupaonica opremljena hidromasažnom kadom i wc-om, dvije sobe s bračnim krevetima i jedna soba u kojoj su dva odvojena kreveta, te jednim krevetom za najmanji uzrast (uz prethodnu najavu), dok se u dnevnom boravku nalazi garnitura na razvlačenje koja može poslužiti kao pomoćni ležaj za još dvije osobe. U prizemlju je kamin na drva da ugođaj bude još bolji, tu su klima kao i automatsko centralno grijanje kroz cijeli objekta, naravno televizor, telefon i internet kroz cijelu kuću.
