Designed with striking modern architecture and complemented by a refined interior, it features an open and airy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and direct access to a private swimming pool. The landscaped garden with a barbecue, outdoor shower, and stylish lounge area makes it the ideal place to relax and enjoy unforgettable moments. With only 120 meters to the sea and set in a quiet location, every detail of this villa is designed to meet the highest expectations. Plus, it is conveniently located just 12 km from Pula Airport. Property Booking Rules Groups of young people under 25 are not permitted; bookings accepted only for families or couples. Pool heating (via heat pump) is available upon request for an additional fee! (temperature depends on seasonal conditions). Pool towels provided. Four private parking spaces available.
