Please read! One bedroom apartment with loft . A 2 single beds in loft and has a 100cm ceiling means this is just a sleeping area. (see in the photo) The Queen bed and the couch are located together under the loft. The loft with the 2 single bed is just sleeping area. You cannot stand up straight in the gallery. Please Note; -We don’t have locker for your luggage to keep when you want to leave it us upon checkout. -Street Parking available pay in kiosk. -NO air-condition yet but has ventilation. -NO Netflix but the television has a cable channels and connected on the internet. You can watch YOUTUBE and other social entertainment. OTHERS: Respect our house Rules!! Other things to note Most of our guests now fully understand what apartment rental is about and what to expect, but we strive to make everyone's stay really special so here a short list what to expect from us and what not: Official check in time at 2pm. self check-in is available! Please keep the rule of checking out until 10 am to allow us clean and prepare the place for the next guests. We provide sheets and a set of towels for our guests and if you stay for over a week, we also provide a WEEKLY interim cleaning. (Upon request) What we don't provide is daily maid service and fresh linen and towels every day. If you require this, please either bring your own towels or you can rent additional towels from us for the cost of EUR 5/towel. For reservation lasting for 7 days or longer you are eligible to ask for a midstay cleaning for an extra charge (max. once per WEEK) We also provide an initial set of body wash, and a number of toilet paper rolls. Should this run out, please buy this in the local supermarket like you would at home. NO parties or other group events Quite period after 21:00-9am. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the flat.
