Property information

Turn-of-the-century villa building, with a nostalgic atmosphere, in a beautiful green environment, just 15 minutes from the city center, with free parking. Menta: 1-room apartment on the lower ground floor, for a maximum of 4 people. 35m2, 1 room, 1 double bed and 2 single beds in one space, kitchen and dining room in another space. Bathroom with toilet and shower. The lower ground floor naturally provides a pleasant coolness in summer and warmth in summer. Heating is provided by underfloor heating. Equipment: Air conditioning, smart TV, hairdryer, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Tchibo capsule coffee maker. Parking is free of charge, on the street in front of the house. Our apartment building consists of 6 apartments. The other apartments are located under the following names: Kúria Apartman with private jacuzzi and pool, Kúria Apartman with free parking, Kúria Apartman with private wellness
