3 bedrooms apartment Perfect for family or groups up to 7 pax Located in the most sought area in Medan at the moment. Many restaurants and tourist destinations continue to be developed. Located beside Delipark Mall. We change the sheet, clean the apartment thoroughly everytime the guest changes. Things that are prohibited in this accommodation include: 1. Perform activities that cause disturbance, commotion, and commit acts of violence in any form. 2. Use drugs of any kind in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. 3. Carry out pornography and pornographic activities, prostitution activities, and entertainment services in any form and activity that violates the provisions of the ITE Law and cyber crime. 4. Store or carry firearms, ammunition, gunpowder or explosives, dangerous and / or flammable that may cause fire /other actions that may cause damage to part or all of the accommodation. 5. it’s a non smoking apartment, there is a penalty Rp. 500.000,- 6. To confirm your reservation, a refundable 500,000 deposit is required. It will be returned after checkout, subject to inspection Checkout reminder: Please dispose of trash, return furniture to its original place, and leave dishes clean.
