Please note that construction work of the ASAI gym will be carried out from October 24th, 2025, to February 28th, 2026 and while some daytime noise may occur, any disturbance is expected to be minimal. In the event of a cancellation after check-in or an early departure, the unused nights are non-refundable.

Please inform ASAI Village in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
