Every villa is furnished with a curated array of high-end furniture and appliances. 500 meters walking distance from the beaches. We cater for older people (with a ground floor bedroom overlooking the Zen Garden), and for families and groups – with up to four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom; we have a utility room that is designed to operate as a home office but can readily be used as a nursery as well. For those who like to soak up the sun – head up to the unique Panorama deck, take a dip in the pool or simply enjoy a private BBQ. Or if you want less sun, but still like to swim, try the ground floor pool.
The six tri-level Leaf Villas were conceived by Stephen Gough (a long-time visitor to Bali and international property developer) and the team at Sanctum. The name Leaf was inspired by the lovely green treescape that surrounds the property and is meant to imply shade, comfort and quiet relaxation.
Leaf Berawa is strategically located on a private, no-public-access road, opposite a horse stud and open farmland. Tucked away in the heart of Berawa and Canggu, you’re just minutes from beaches, dining, and shopping. Seminyak and Denpasar are also within a short drive, offering even more lifestyle options. 500meters away from the closest beach.
