Hello. My name is Yacob Kakke and I live with my wife Desi (called "Mama Tia" by the people of the village). We have 5 children. We were born and raised in Ba'tan, a village 2km from Rantepao, where we still live. Mama Tia Homestay is our family house. I am a tour Guide and people often asked me if they could stay at my place, meet my family and experience the daily life of locals. That's why we started Mama Tia Homestay in 2017.
