Hi there! Denise here at An Riasc B&B and An Riasc Farmhouse Rental ( newly refurbished 100-year old farmhouse directly opposite the B&B). In brief, I love the simple things in life- food, great company and good humour. My other passions are music, interior design and yoga!!
Despite the challenges of the past few years, I love to welcome guests from all parts of the world to our small but authentic high-end B&B. I am SO excited to announce the addition of a new string to our bow with An Riasc Farmhouse rental - my hubby's ancesteral home which we have lovingly restored to a very high spec. It is now available as a self-catering house for stays of one week or more. It accommodates 7 people and has Fibre optic wifi for those who need to work remotely while on holiday:(
Both properties are idylically situated between Mt. Brandon and the Wild Atlantic Ocean. A hiker's, golfer's, surfer's or any outdoor activist's paradise. Step outside the door and step right into nature at its best.
An unforgettable experience awaits you whether you decide to choose An Riasc B&B or An Riasc Farmhouse Rental. Hope to see you soon:)
The infamous Dingle Way walking trail. is outside the front door. Mt. Brandon lies to the east and the Wild Atlantic Ocean to the west. Idyllic location in a quiet village of houses in the heart of the Gaeltacht (Irish-speaking) area of The Dingle Peninsula. A 10-minute drive to Dingle Town. The Local link services the area 4 days a week.
Parking is completely free. Walks and trails are an integral part of the environment so seeing the area on foot is very common. A car is advisable should you plan on seeing all of the Peninsula. Electric bikes can be arranged (50-60 euro per bike) should you wish to park your car for a while:) The local link bus services the area 4 days a week and costs 1.50 euro to get to Dingle! From there you can also catch other link buses to other parts of the Peninsula. We encourage all of our guests to avail of the service to help reduce carbon emissions on the Dingle Peninsula.
