Welcome to my charming apartment, which is situated within designated minutes of Dublin Airport and the city centre. The train station is approximately a 12-minute walk away and the seaside and Portmarnock beach are approximately a 15-minute drive away. Dublin city center is served by buses that run every 15 minutes, and the travel time to Dublin city center is 11 kilometers. The apartment consists of large sitting room, dining area and kitchen with all the mod cons, spacious ensuite bedroom and double bedroom with a king size bed, All the rooms come with a fully equipped bathroom. NB: By booking the one-bedroom apartment in my listing, you will be staying in the property alone as the nightly rate is differs from booking the large bedroom.
The neighborhood is in walking distance of Tesco Extra-anchored Clare Hall Shopping Centre and the small Northern Cross shopping area, which includes a Fresh supermarket and a restaurant. There are two primary schools (St. Francis of Assisi Catholic school and Educate Together multi-denominational school).
