Property information

Castlemartyr Holiday Lodges are located within the grounds of Castlemartyr Resort beside Castlemartyr village in County Cork. In close proximity to Garryvoe beach, Fota Wildlife Park, Ballymaloe, Cobh, Cork City, Youghal and a whole range of top attractions these holiday homes are the perfect choice for a family holiday or group getaway in Ireland. Please note there is no access to the hotel’s leisure centre or swimming pool, but guests can enjoy the onsite golf course, hotel restaurant & bar facilities and hotel spa at an extra charge. The lodges are spacious and nicely furnished. The open plan area is bright and spacious with large floor to ceiling double height windows. This holiday lodge has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people: Property layout – Ground floor: Entrance hall with storage Open-plan living room with large smart flatscreen TV with Netflix, Youtube and a range of other apps Kitchen area with TASSIMO Vivy Coffee machine Cloakroom with WC Bedroom 1: double ensuite with separate cloakroom sleeping 2 Property layout – First floor: Bedroom 2: double ensuite with shower, sleeping 2 Bedroom 3: twin ensuite with, sleeping 2 Sunlight fills the ground floor area which overlooks the rear walled garden or large green areas. Access the large patio area and open garden via double glass doors and enjoy alfresco dining. WIFI is available and towels are available at the property. Please note as seen in the photo gallery the position of the main stairs varies in the 3 bed lodges. This is an extra charge for heating & electricity which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.

A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.

The lead guest must be over the age of 25. There will be an additional charge for Electricity/ Heating. This will be meter read and charged on site.
