    The location was perfect, we were going to a concert in the Aviva stadium and it was only around the corner, lovely short walk especially after the concert. A lot of shops, restaurants and pubs in the area making it all the better.

This refurbished property hosts studios and one-bedrooms apartments for comfortable self-catering stays. Online self-check-in and mobile app keys are available for some of the units in this listing, and a credit card guarantee is required before check-in for damages (1 euro charge). Alternatively, guests can check-in in person at our main office and collect a key card or physical key - a refundable deposit of 200-300 euros is required (168 Granby Place - Dublin 1, open from 8 AM - 8 PM).

Just off the Grand Canal Waterways and on the doorstep of Grand Canal Basin and the Aviva Stadium. Northumberland Road played a noteworthy role in one of the most significant events in Irish History – the 1916 Rising Northumberland Road – is also steeped in history as this is where the bloody Battle of Mount Street Bridge took place during the 1916 Rising. It was here on Northumberland Road that one of the historical moments of Ireland’s journey to Independence took place on the afternoon of Wednesday, the 26th of April, 1916. Handfuls of Irish Volunteers were strategically placed in the houses along Northumberland Road, the most notable one being No. 25 Northumberland Road and in buildings close to Mount Street Bridge. There are a few monuments in the area to mark the Irish State.
