Patio doors leading out to the large garden Second living room with open fire, TV, DVD player. Bedroom1: double ensuite sleeping 2 Bedroom 2: twin sleeping 2 Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2 Main bathroom with bath with overhead shower, toilet and hand basin Towels are provided within the home. Outside this pretty seaside holiday home is a large lawned garden with a patio area and garden furniture provided. There is also the added bonus of an outside hot shower, perfect for washing off stubborn sand after a fun day at one of the spectacular local beaches in the area.

A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.
