Close to West Corks best attractions:
Glandore (1 mile): harbour, restaurants & bars
Drombeg Stone Circle (1/2 mile) - better than stonehenge!
Rosscarbery (3 miles): The Warren beach, supermarket, restaurants, The Lagoon adventure center, Smugglers Cove - crazy golf, tubing, inflatable park
Union Hall (3 miles)
Leap: Connolly's of Leap music venue (3 miles)
Skibbereen (8 miles): market town with Irelands nicest bread
Lough Hyne (12 miles)
Clonakilty (12 miles): beautiful town & surrounding areas
Glandore is a coastal gem on the Wild Atlantic Way, gorgeous natural harbour with raised terrace in Glandore village which overlooks the sea and neighbouring village of Union Hall.
There are quiet roads for walking / cycling and several uncrowded beaches / piers perfect for swimming.
Limited public transport although there 2 bus routes which stop in Rosscarbery and Leap which are 3 miles/5 km away.
