The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with double-sided woodburning stove, a sunroom, and a utility, along with four bedrooms, including a double with en-suite, a ground-floor double with en-suite, a ground-floor double with Jack-and-Jill access into a wet room, and a family bedroom, along with a bathroom. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and hairdryer, and for entertainment, a Smart TV, DVD player, CD player and WiFi. Stairgate, cot and two highchairs available. Outside there is an enclosed, multi-level garden with lawn, patio, furniture and a shed, and a private driveway. Ben linen, towels, and a starter pack for woodburning stove are included in the price. One well-behaved small pet welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 2.9 miles and a pub in 2.5 miles. Rocklands House is a wonderful base for exploring County Kerry. Note: There are steps in the garden. At the foot of the Macgillycuddy Reeks, close to the Gap of Dunloe, lies the little village of Beaufort. This area offers beautiful mountain views and is a nice place to go for a walk. The village is located between Killorglin and Killarney and has shops, pubs, and restaurants. Killarney is a popular destination for tourists every year because of its expansive countryside, nearby beaches, yearly festivals, and vibrant nightlife, which features traditional music in many of the pubs and bars. There are a variety of activities available in the area, including guided ascents to the peak of Ireland's tallest mountain, Carrauntoohil, as well as riding, walking, cycling, golf, and fishing.
