A beautifully designed two-room apartment in the heart of the central Old City area, located near the famous katar market. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is luxurious. The bedroom is spacious and there is a smart TV in the living room for your convenience. This is a great opportunity to stay in the heart of the Old City and experience the unique atmosphere that the place offers.

The neighborhood is located in the center of the city and is an old neighborhood that has undergone renewal in recent years. There are several schools in the neighborhood and the population consists of young adults and children. The socioeconomic level of the neighborhood is considered high. There are many free parking spaces in front of the building. Getting around the neighborhood is very convenient, with a bus stop located within 50 meters of the building that takes you to the central station in just 7 minutes. Additionally, there are taxis available in the city. In general, the neighborhood is close to all the main places in the city, within a walking distance of up to 20 minutes.
