Quiet, leafy neighborhood. Well connected to mini supermarkets and a quaint Our Lady of Piety chapel. National highway 66 abutting the house, connecting it to popular beaches at Benaulim, Cavelossim, Fatrade, Varca, Colva, Palolem, Cape de Ram and others. Doctors, chemists, markets, bakers, banks and eateries are available at Cuncolim less than 3 kms. away. Cuncolim football stadium is less than 2.5 kms away and also the inter city Kadamba bus station beside it. A road lined with rivers, fields and mountains takes you away from the urban humdrum.
