Please note that only pets weighing 15 pounds or less are allowed in the hotel. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and are not allowed in any of the dining outlets, Health Club and pool area (exception for guide dogs). Guests are to ensure that pets do not damage hotel's property or cause excessive noise.

Should guests require any pet supplies, please contact Concierge services at least 24 hours in advance. If pets are kept in-room, Housekeeping can only service the room if the owner is present.

Please note that the complimentary breakfast is only available for a maximum of 2 guests (if part of the room rate).

Please note that the cost of breakfast for kids aged between 5 - 12 years will be 50% of the adult rate.

Please note Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai is undertaking an enhancement program that includes our guest rooms, public areas including the swimming pool and dining outlets. To ensure minimal disruption to our guests, this work will be carried out in phases and scheduled at non-intrusive times of day, with buffer floors to mitigate noise transfer. The hotel will remain open as usual throughout the transformation period, and our dedication to making every stay exceptionally comfortable remains unchanged.
