David Nathaniel de Menezes, is a young entrepreneur with a passion for
design. He has studied Business Management and has specialized in marketing.
He chose not to be a part of the 'corporate hangama' and returned to Goa to set
up 'innoventions' - a business that takes up design-build contracts and turn-key
jobs of interiors. He has worked with many homes, apartments, restaurants,
pubs, offices, and retail spaces, but of all these, loves restoration and renovation
projects the most. This is probably because of the fact that David and his siblings,
Arvind and Rachel, grew up in their ancestral home in Batim. He understands the nitty-gritty of these projects better than most others. His Father Late Balduino Menezes Pereira was a perfectionist and a D-I-Y guy (Do-it-Yourself ),Both Arvind and David learned a lot from him. His Mother Pamela Mascarenhas e Menezes Pereira is his Pillar of strength. His love for Goan heritage and his land drew him closer to fulfilling a dream he had of restoring his palatial home and converting a part of it into a bed and breakfast-homestay, called 'Casa Menezes', for travellers who want to experience the true cultural heritage of Goa.
