Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Built amidst nature enjoy the green vistas from the 2 terraces. Wake up to the chirping of sunbirds and peacocks outside your bedroom window. Ample quite time to relax in any of the balconies overlooking quite life. Indulge in the various living areas created within this modern structure with floor to ceiling windows & skylights. Convenience of elevator for the elderly. Fully usable kitchen or try the local specialties delivered.
I have been an avid traveller since childhood and have travelled the length and breadth of our great country. I have stayed at hotels and villas alike both with families and friends. I have tied to bring the best of comfort and convenience at my villa from these experiences. Being close to nature and away from the noise and pollution is important for me. Holidays need to be stressfree and care has been taken to ensure that elderly and children alike will find this place convenient. The feeling of many families staying together and creating memories is what we are aiming to offer from this place.
It is a quite neighbourhood with a convenience store about 100m away. There is a medical store, petrol pump, vegetable / fruit vendor on the main road about 300m away. All great restaurants deliver on food delivery apps. Udupi is 15 min away by car. All other places of interest like Agumbe temple, Shringeri, Dharmasthala, Kukke Subramanya are within 1to1.5 hour drive. Prestine blue flag beaches and walk way at Malpe are 30 mins away. You will get the best of convenience and quiet away from the hustle bustle of the town which is 15 mins away.
