We bring to you a new concept of luxurious Suite with a Jacuzzi Spa tube in the comfort of your bedroom. The room has ACs, heaters, closet and Hot water Spatub to give you a 12 month experience. With the TV above the tub you can hope in to watch a movie, match or listen to music or just chill. It is a Private 1BHK with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 2 balconies, functional Kitchen and Living Room with Sofa Bed (for 3rd guest) on First Floor in GK-1 M-block. The building has Lift and reserved 1 Parking

The property Location is a posh, safe and peaceful Gated Locality in Delhi (Greater Kailash Part 1) which is around 40 mins away from the airport. The property is located in M-Block a Residential gated Colony, and is 2 min walk from the famous M-Block market in Greater Kailash - 1 hence is a very Prime Real Estate in Delhi. The property is in the heart of the city thus is very accessible and easy to reach from all over Delhi. Cabs, Autos , Rickshaws are easily available nearby. There are two Metro stations nearby - Greater Kailash and Kailash Colony metro station. Both are approximately 1 km from the apartment. M-Block Market Greater Kailash 1 is walking distance thus there are a lot of eating joints, shops for shopping all in walking distance.
