The Pahaadi house is located in a remote village in the mountains. The house has two stories. On the ground floor we have a kitchen, big hall, toilet, a bathroom and a porch. On the first floor we have three bedrooms, a living room, and a balcony from where you can enjoy the view of mountains and sunrise. The balcony is perfect for doing yoga in morning and sleeping at night under open sky.

I brought up in city and returned to the village 7 years ago with a aim to make people proud of being Pahaadi. Pahaadi means the people from the mountains. I have been trying to generate employment in the village, promote local culture, working on education & environment conservation. I like farming, woodwork, mountain biking, video editing, learning new skills, spending time with local people, teaching children. I am learning Spanish and want to learn Sanskrit. I like to meet new people. As I do not travel much and have not seen many parts of the world, i think homestay is a great way to bring the world to you.

The village is situated at an altitude of 1300 meters from sea level. The guests can meet the nice and friendly villagers who are always happy to invite them for tea. There are nice treks around and good places for camping. I own a woodwork shop where you can learn to make chopping boards, ladels & other cool stuff. There is a pottery wheel in the house you can play with. There are other local arts like rope making, leaf plates making you can learn. Painting villagers house to set up homestays, learn to cook, fix local's tv, take dogs for a walk, teach children, attend local ceremonies and many other exciting things you can participate in. Chandrabadni temple is nearby situated at a height of 2200 meters. From the temple you can enjoy the 360 degree view of the mountains. Amazing snow capped mountains view can be seen from here on a clear day. Tehri lake is 45 km and the famous Ma Dhari Devi temple is 48 km from here.
