The villa is built in form of a traditional residential form of Maratha architecture using traditional & new construction material & methods and has a 360 degree view of surrounding mountain ranges and overlooks a vast valley down. Veg, nonveg home cooked food, wild vegetables, dozens of tourist attractions within 20 kilometers periphery. This is the lone structure in this entire valley and so is quite peaceful and serene.

The farmstay is built on our ancestral land with hilly terrain, jungles and ponds having different types of flora and fauna. Wild vegetables in the jungles, organic vegetable & fruits grown on farm and much more to enjoy. Adventure tourism, nature tourism, trekking, culture tourism to indulge in.

The historical fort Tikona stands firmly behind the farmstay adorning the background and the Mandavi mountain range originates here and runs for miles. The Hadshi dam where boating facility is available is within 3 kilometers and Pawana dam 8 kilometers respectively. Sacred grove at Ajivli is located at a distance of 6 kilometers. Other fantastic attractions like Tung fort, Lohagad & Visapur forts, Satya Sai temple & Chinmay Vibhooti spiritual complex at Kolwan, ancient caves of Bhaja, Bedse & Karla, the hill stations of Lonavla & Khandala lie in the vicinity.
