This property is almost a century old. During the British Rule when there was a tradition of posting a Resident in Independent States ,his officials used to stay in this house. However after the Independence of India,in 1947, this house was purchased by Maharaj Abhay Singhji and since then his generations have been living here. The property is centrally located in Udaipur and has both, a heritage as well as a modern look. Keeping the requirements of guests in view we have catered for amenities like free wifi, parking space and ofcourse Airconditioners and Flat Screen TVs in all rooms. Its location is in easy beats of good eating places, tourist places,hospitals, Railway Station and Airport.
Family takes pride in having its lineage of the founder of Mewar,Bappa Rawal and his successors like Maharana (M) Udai Singh,M.Sanram Singh and M. Pratap . Property is looked after by Col. Udai Bhan Singh Ranawat and his son Kalpshakti Veer Singh Ranawat. Having a background of lineage and Indian Army we consider it our honour to ensure that we maintain age old traditions of looking after the comforts and welfare of our guests, We love touring ,enjoy trekking and adventurous life. Horse riding and playing Polo has been a passion with this family. Kalpshakti loves cooking and is a keen photographer.He is a National Shooter and is a Renowned Shooter in Big Bore and Air Rifle shooting.
