Freyja is a professional cook and a teacher working on her professions. Einar has BA degree in Socio- and economic developent and MBA degree from the University og Iceland. We love outdoor activity, travelling, horseriding and hunting.

Bólstaðarhlíð is a farm in Northwest Iceland. Einar's family has been living there since 1825 and there is a church built of one of his ancestors in 1888. Our farmhouse is built in 1952 but has been renovated in recent years. We have 100 sheep, 40 horses, dog and a cat. We also produce local food on our farm.
