The house is 82 sqm in size and you have it all to yourself. Here is a large patio with a hot tub and a breathtaking view of Ytri Rangá with birds singing . This house is suitable e.g. for families. The location is amazing as you can take day trips and see the whole south coast. The house is well equipped and can be your home during your trip. The house is in walking distance from the grocery store. The house is very friendly and you always feel refreshed after staying here.
The environment is quiet even though there are both nature and residential areas around. A footpath runs along the river, past the house, which is fun to follow.
Hella is a small town so it is easy to walk from one location to the next.
