He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate the arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, Moneglia applies a tourist tax of 1 EURO/night per person (up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights). Minors up to the age of fourteen are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: 25 euros per night will be required for each additional person. 3) Small and medium-sized pets are accepted with an extra cost of 5 euros per night per animal. For medium-long periods a flat rate will be established. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with a lift, overlooking one of the most characteristic squares of Moneglia and is the ideal solution for families, couples or groups of friends looking for comfort and convenience. The living room is bright and welcoming, with a comfortable double sofa bed, TV and direct access to the terrace of the house. The kitchen is separate from the living room and equipped with everything you need to cook like at home: stove with burners, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishes and a dining table to eat all together. You will also find a second TV. The house can accommodate up to six people: in addition to the sofa bed in the living room, there are two bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed each. For your personal belongings, you will find a wardrobe, a clothes rack and a chest of drawers. In the first bedroom, there is also a sofa to take a moment to relax without necessarily using the bed. Finally, you will find a bathroom complete with toilet, shower and washing machine that can be used during your stay. Bed linen and towels are provided by us for the number of people in the reservation and are included in the price. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed with a supplement. The house can be reached by car only for loading and unloading, then you can park in the surrounding streets outside the pedestrian area. There is no air conditioning, while heating for the winter is autonomous. For waste, you can use the public bins facing the sea.
