Superb luxury three-room apartment, located in a historic housebound by the Fine Arts, a 5-minute walk from the historic center and 10 minutes from the lake. The apartment makes brightness one of its strengths, having a private internal balcony and above all two balconies in the living room that overlook the Church of San Bartolomeo, one of the most important architectural structures. The location is strategic: just outside the walls (pedestrian area) and 450 meters from the municipal car park.

I'm working in the fashion industry but I always loved hosting, design, and colors, trying to develop a new idea for hosting called URBE. This is the new Italian hosting concept completely online to reserve your comfortable stay in some of the most exclusive and culturally active locations of our peninsula, Italy.

The Porta Torre area (also called Torre di Porta Vittoria) is an imposing fortress, 34 meters high, built in 1192, on the initiative of the podestà Uberto de' Olevano, to defend the most important entrance to the city of Como. The area is full of shops, restaurants and above all car parks, as it is the last part of the city, before the historic center, where you can use your car. White Lotus Mansion is located in this area, perfect for parking but also convenient on foot to reach both the historic center and Lake Como.
