Solar newly renovated residence of approx. 92, destined for the future to my daughter and completely furnished for her and her family, a few steps from the city center (500 meters) and from the sea (350 meters). Located on the first floor of a 3-storey building, the apartment is equipped with wi-fi connection, and has a kitchen with dishwasher and all facilities, 1 large bathroom with bathtub equipped for shower and washing machine, 1 double bedroom very spacious, 1 smaller double bedroom, 1 large dining room with sofa bed (very large compared to the norm), for a total of 6 beds. Air conditioning. TV systems in the 2 rooms and in the dining room, predisposition also in the kitchen. Perfect for couples of friends and large families.
The parking lots in the area are not free of charge (although in summer there is more difficulty), possible availability of 1 parking space in the garage with separate payment. Being located in the central area, all services, restaurants and clubs can be reached on foot in a very short time. This allows, if desired, not to use the car and take advantage of it also for pleasant walks in the splendid city center and the famous promenade, immersed among the innumerable palm trees that characterize our city (over 7,000), thanks to which it is given the deserved title of "Riviera delle Palme".
