The guest house "La Perla" is located, opposite the Maggiolina Park, 300 meters from the Migliarina Railway Station, from which you can reach the beautiful 5 Terre. The harbor, from where boats leave for 5 Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Portofino, is just 1.5 km. Nearby there are the bus stops for the city center (which is about 1.5 km away, within walking distance) that Portovenere and Lerici, the two wonderful seaside resorts of La Spezia. Within 50 meters from the property has all the main services: bars, restaurants, hairdressers, Esselunga Superstore and about 700 meters the big shopping center etc ... The Terraces We remind our guests that travel by train and arrive at the Central Station of La Spezia that we can make the guest reception at the station and free transport in the structure, subject to agreement by email or phone

The city of La Spezia is a charming town on the sea, it became famous around the world for the Cinque Terre, made up of 5 villages, belonging to the Province of La Spezia, wonderful and unique places on the sea: Riomaggiore, Manarola, Vernazza, Corniglia, Monterosso. In the province of La Spezia, less known but equally beautiful and unique are the seafaring Townships of Portovenere and Lerici, beautiful sea pearls. Our area offers lots of unique tourist attractions and wonderful as the marble quarries of Carrara, the Roman ruins of Luni Mare, the villages of Lunigiana etc ... In our structure you can ask questions of all the tourist areas, you can also book tours Tours customized.
