"Casa Fassicomo" is an apartment located in a strategic position in Genoa, just a few minutes from the city center by public transport and a few minutes by car from the highway. The apartment offers three queen-size beds, distributed across three bedrooms, and features an open-plan kitchen and living room, perfect for relaxing with family or a group of friends or, why not, even alone. It is located on the fifth floor and has an elevator. LIVING ROOM As soon as you enter, you'll be welcomed by a bright and well-kept living area, a six-seater sofa, a TV with NETFLIX, and a mahogany wood table where you can rest your feet or place anything you want to. FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN The kitchen, previously used by a chef, is fully equipped to prepare any dish you can imagine. In addition to a dishwasher, a oven, a microwave, and a stove, a kettle and a Nespresso machine will be at your disposal to enjoy a good coffee or tea. BEDROOM 1 - "New York" This has a one-and-a-half bed (190x120cm) with a gel foam mattress that gently hugs you. It has the widest workstation and it is equipped with a Monitor/TV where you can connect to. The room also has a makeup station with a mirror as well as a spacious wardrobe. BEDROOM 2 - "Rome" This has a double bed (190x160cm), a wardrobe, a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney+…), and a wooden desk where you can work in peace. BEDROOM 3 - "Paris" Outfitted with Italian wooden furniture, it has a double bed (190x160cm) with plenty of space for clothes with a wardrobe and furniture. It is also equipped with a TV and a small black table. BATHROOM This typical Italian bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink, shower, hot water, and a washing machine for washing clothes, sheets, and towels. A hairdryer, hair straightener, and of course toilet paper are also provided.

The neighborhood is calm and quiet in the evening. The area is filled with supermarkets, restaurants, and bars, all within walking distance. There are both free and paid parking lots in the area, and with a bit of luck, you can always find parking nearby. The historic center can be reached by public transport in ten minutes, while the highway is just a five-minute drive away. The apartment faces several bus stops, making it even more convenient and easy to move across the city. The nearest beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport.
