My CIR Code is 067038CAV0001. I love art and everything that revolves around it, are fond of furniture, photography and design. I am also graduated beautician and I think I'm very sociable. My mother, living in the villa, helps me in this Holiday House.

Property information

The two villas are on a lovely hill a few kilometers from the sea, in a unique and heavenly, just above a large olive grove of our property. Both the interior and all public areas are well furnished and equipped with every comfort. The view is superb with the Gran Sasso, Maiella and the Twin Mountains. The swimming pool and solarium are on a lookout with a breathtaking view. From this year we only use salt to purify the pool water which moreover we heat in spring and autumn with solar panels. The outside areas are very spacious, allowing you to relax in the shade with a drink, read a book or get lost admiring the beautiful scenery around us. In some seasons, tourists can enjoy with us the products of our country and from our garden, fruit, various vegetables, olive oil, all totally organic and grown by my mother! For those who want to challenge themselves to gather with us olives, October is the month and we will be right oil for you too! Lovers of cycling and hiking will have many paths along which to do admire ancient churches, archaeological remains and more.

Neighbourhood information

Strategic place to quickly reach the sea, the mountains and some of the most interesting villages of Abruzzo; famous Caves a few minutes. Do not miss Civitella del Tronto and Ascoli Piceno or bike tour following the tourist trail near the house. We recommend a visit to the Abruzzo National Park or the Park of the Maiella and, finally, the must Trabocchi Coast with a wonderful sea.
