Please be advised that the garden will be under maintenance from November 2025 until March/April 2026 and will therefore not be accessible during this period. Located directly in front of the sea, facing east, the apartment offers the chance to admire beautiful sunrises. Sea access is available via a private descent.
Apartment Baia Minareto also features a charming private saltwater swimming pool with a hydro-massage corner — not for exclusive use. Please note that the pool is not heated and therefore not operational during the winter season. A sense of peace and tranquility surrounds the pool area.
