This is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Campagnano on Lake Maggiore sleeping up to 6 guests in 2 double bedrooms and with a sofa bed. The property is a lovely bright and airy apartment, decorated in nautical creams and blues. It enjoys the most stunning lake views. There is a private terrace as well as a garden that is shared with 1 other apartment. The living areas of the property are finished in a modern yet homely style. As you enter, there is a long tiled hallway. At one end, there is a small balcony with lake views. Leading off the hall is good sized living area. This is a bright airy room with lake views from 2 windows. Furnished in blue and white 'nautical' colours, it has plenty of comfortable seating as well as a table seating four. There is also a large, well equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine and table seating 6. The property has 2 bedrooms, both with double beds and both with views of the lake. The smaller of the bedrooms has doors leading out on to a terrace overlooking the lake. There are 2 bathrooms, one with both a bath and shower, sink, bidet and toilet and another with shower, sink and toilet.

Outside, the property shares a garden with 1 other apartment. There is a BBQ available for guests use as well as loungers and outdoor chairs. The garden is set into the hillside and so enjoys magnificent lake views. The apartment is situated in the heart of the traditional village of Campagnano. It's an absolutely charming village but the only restaurant in the village closed down a couple of years ago. The streets are narrow and cobbled and are accessible on foot only however there is a car park under a minutes walk from the property where guests can park their vehicle. It is a 10-15 minute drive from the apartment to the lakeside.
