The flats were completely refurbished in 2017 and feature high-quality materials. A kitchenette with everything you need is also available! You live completely independently and can enter the flat keyless at any time. Further for your information: PARKING: Unfortunately there are no parking spaces available exclusively for the accommodation. However, there are free public car parks in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. These however cannot be reserved :/ We ask for your understanding. DEPOSIT: No deposit will be taken, but we would like to point out that any violations of the house rules or damage will be charged. BICYCLES: There is no dedicated parking area for bicycles, but you can park them in front of the accommodation close to the road at your own risk.

In my opinion, Merano is the perfect balance between quality of life, nature, cuisine, culture and tranquillity. That's why I am particularly pleased to bring Merano closer to our guests! The flats are located close to the centre and in the immediate vicinity you will find the thermal baths of Merano, the gardens of Trautmannsdorf Castle, the racecourse and countless year-round excursion destinations!
