Very nice apartment for exclusive use, completely independent, close to the city center but in very quiet neighborhood in a dead street. The host at check in will provides clean apartment and clean dishes, the Guests provide the routine cleaning during the stay, the final cleaning is not required. There are microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and toaster; there are not cookers and there is not the kitchen sink. The host at check in will provides clean bed linen, bed made and towels set complete; there aren’t planned changes during the stay; the final cleaning is not required. It is not planned the provision of food, drinks, soap, shampoo. Guests can buy the supplies and use in the apartment, cooking with the accessories. Guests can wash dishes using washing products located in the apartment. PROMOTION: for starting up the host shall provides food and drinks for first breakfast and some consumables.
