Perched in a panoramic location overlooking Lake Varese and just 20 minutes from Lake Maggiore, our apartment will immerse you in the charm and emotions that only the Seven Lakes District can offer! The apartment is spacious and bright, featuring large windows, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with stunning lake views, and two double bedrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests—expandable to 6 using the sofa bed in the living room. It is equipped with central heating, and the building's parking area is always free and available. On the ground floor of the building, you'll find an excellent restaurant and pizzeria, where you can enjoy everything from delicious pizza to fresh seafood!
**Welcome to Lake Varese!** We would love to share with you the experience of a holiday in the Seven Lakes district. We believe our apartment can offer you maximum comfort and, above all, great convenience for getting around. Its central location makes it easy to reach all the lakes and main attractions quickly by car—or even by bike or on foot—thanks to the 28 km cycle path around Lake Varese. The final cleaning fee will be communicated based on the length of your stay. This includes the cleaning of all rooms but does not cover the washing of all the provided kitchenware and utensils, which guests are required to clean before use (e.g., dishes).
