The apartment is independent and in the center of Marzamemi on the main street of the town, excellent sea view from the terrace, it is a new apartment renovated a few years ago. This year in 2019 the bathroom was renovated.

Marzamemi is a seaside village of which a part belongs to the municipality of Pachino which is about 3 km away and a second part is from the municipality of Noto which is 20 km away. It is located in the province of Syracuse.
