Two-room apartment with a view of Varese, located in a very quiet and sunny area in Valle Olona, easily reachable by bus H which passes from the stations, free reserved car parking in the internal courtyard. The apartment has a living room with smart TV and sofa bed for 2 people; Eat-in kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and coffee machine Bathroom with shower and large bedroom (clean towels and sheets for each guest) Sunny balcony In the area you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, bakers, pizzerias etc The house has a camera outside the entrance door that is turned on 24/7 for the safety of our guests and does not affect their privacy in any way (camera outside the house that does not focus inside)
