appartamento indipendente in una casa bifamigliare, l’appartamento si trova al primo piano ingresso indipendente da una scala comune con la vicina proprieta, contesto rustico, zona molto tranquilla imersa nel verde, vicino al mare colline citta. 13 km da cervia, milano marittima, 10km cesena, bertinoro, fratta terme, 20km ravenna, mirabilandia sono solo poche delle localita raggiungibili in pochissimo tempo
Mi chiamo Roxana e insieme a mio marito Andrea abitiamo nello stesso stabile al piano terra.
Canuzzo e una frazione di Cervia a 15 min dal mare, una zona tranquilla imersa nel verde e nella natura fra campagna e mare perche tornando a casa dal mare dove d’estate c’e tanta gente e rumore ti ritrovi in una oasi di pace e tranquilita, il nostro Borgo Pipa e una via dove siamo 12 famiglie anche queste in un contesto tranquillo! zona tranquila e senza stress di parcheggio, inoltre a piedi raggiungibile il parco sul fiume Savio e il centro del paese dove si trova anche un bar pizzeria
