The recently renovated apartment is located in the municipality of Lascari, just a stone's throw from the renowned beaches of Cefalù. It is on the second floor and consists of 3 double bedrooms, with 1 located on the ground floor and the other 2 on the first floor. The bedroom on the lower floor has a beautiful and spacious balcony. One of the two rooms on the upper floor has direct access to a terrace. The rooms are stylishly furnished, with handmade creations by the owners, such as the headboards of the beds. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, and one room also has a TV. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink, as well as a convenient washing machine. The open-plan living room includes a large kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary accessories for cooking or preparing a good breakfast, such as a coffee machine and toaster. Additionally, there is a very comfortable sofa, a TV, and a large balcony with a table and chairs.
