Beautiful apartment for rent in Vasto marina for beach holidays and work needs apartment located in fully fenced residens complete with assigned parking space. The apartment is located on the ground floor with an independent entrance complete with an external terrace of about 40sqm for exclusive use complete with an external sun awning for maximum privasy the apartment consists of a kitchen complete with all accessories and a room with TV and sofa in single room double bedroom with wardrobes and bathroom with washing machine, the whole house is therefore fully furnished. The apartment is less than 200m from the beach so it can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes and we find beaches and free beach for all needs The apartment can accommodate from 1 to a maximum of 4 people. It is rented to single couples and families for holidays or business needs The apartment is also less than 300 meters from the Vasto San Salvo railway station
