The two-room apartment, with independent entrance, is easily accessible with staircase, is located on the Fegina seafront and boasts a spacious 70 square meters terrace with sea view, equipped with a dining table and sun loungers. The apartment opened in June 2025 consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, smart tv and air conditioned, living area with equipped kitchen, bunk sofa bed and 1 private bathroom with shower Wifi available throughout the property. On the ground floor there is our Lapo's restaurant and pizzeria, where guests will have a 10% discount on table service or can request room service. For those traveling by train, the train station is a 2-minute walk away. For those arriving by car, the nearest paid public parking is 500 meters from the apartment. Nearby attractions: Historic center, 350 meters away Sentiero Azzurro Monterosso-Vernazza, 650 meters away
