The Apartment "Vicino al Mare" is a lovely two-room apartment for 2 persons, located near the port of Portoferraio, on the ground floor of a newly built building, in a slightly hilly position. This small but cozy apartment is particularly recommended for those who reach the island without a car: in a few minutes on foot you can reach the port, the centre of Portoferraio, the shops and the beautiful “Ghiaie” beach, renowned for its crystal clear waters and white pebbles. The apartment, of about 40 square meters, is a two-room apartment type basement room, newly built and well furnished. It is suitable for 2 people and consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa and a kitchenette (complete with four gas burners and fridge with freezer), a double bedroom with a basement window, a bathroom without window, with a large shower and aspirator. Outdoor area with private parking. The apartment is equipped with TV, air conditioning, heating, WI-Fi.
