Bright apartment located at the ground floor in an exclusive residence with lake view and swimming pool. The apartment enjoys absolute privacy and an exceptional view of Iseo lake and Monte Isola. The bright living room with sofa bed and kitchen allows access to the porch and the private garden in front. The sleeping area consists of a large double bedroom with the possibility to add a third bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Free parking piace in front of the residence
The apartment is situated just a few kilometers from the historic center of Iseo and is about 30 minutes from the city of Brescia and 45 minutes from Bergamo and its airport. Lake Iseo offers severa opportunities for practicing outdoor sports: from long walks and bike rides in the heart of Franciacorta or along the ancient Valeriana road located a few steps away, to the nearby Golf Club of international importance, to water sports present on the lake. Of great interest in the area are the prestigious and numerous wineries that can also be visited with a guided tour in particular durino the Franciacorta Festival weekend on 11-12 and 18-19th September. On rainy days, you can spend your time in the 180 shops of the Franciacorta Outlet Village located 15 km from the apartment.
