Family-run accommodation located in Bari-Palese in the Parco del Riccio, in an elegant residence surrounded by Apulian olive trees, just steps from the sea, a stone's throw from the airport, and just 10 minutes from Bari city center. The property is brand new, meticulously designed and meticulously detailed, and offers all the comforts of a hotel. Breakfast is included. The property offers free Wi-Fi and free reserved outdoor parking. (A reserved covered parking space/garage is also available for a small fee.) Spacious and bright rooms both open onto a large balcony for relaxation and socializing. The balcony also offers a view of the expanse of Apulian olive trees within the Parco del Riccio.

Easily accessible by car from Bari Karol Wojtyla Airport, the Palese neighborhood offers beaches on the Adriatic coast (both public and private) and a pedestrian and bike-friendly promenade for relaxing strolls that extends to the neighboring Santo Spirito neighborhood. The area is home to various hotels and B&Bs, as well as pizzerias and seafood restaurants overlooking the sea. In the lively Piazza Magrini is the Church of San Michele Arcangelo, the starting point of a four-day celebration (in August) that every year includes festivities, a procession, fireworks, and historical reenactments. Overlooking the sea, Palese is a neighborhood in Bari just minutes from the city center and offers everything you could need (restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, etc.). A perfect place to live and/or spend your vacation.
