Perched on a hillside, this holiday apartment is a vibrant and peaceful getaway for families with children as well as couples on a romantic vacation. Outside, the ground-floor apartment features a private garden, a shared pool with sun loungers, where you can enjoy dining or lounging in open air against a captivating Lake Como background. -The pool is shared between two apartments. -Damage deposit: Euro 600 will be charged for the groups under 21. -Consumption for heating (EUR 4.50/mc) and a tourist tax of 1 EUR/Person/Day is to be paid on the spot. Please note that tourists below the age of 16 are exempt from paying tourist tax. - Please note: Belvedere is the sum of Belvedere A + Belvedere B, detached house with private pool with 3 bedrooms and max 9 pax.
